Hi, I’m a 20+ year resident of the Washington DC area and I’d love to share with you the knowledge of the metro area that I have gained while making this our family’s forever home. From Woodbridge to Silver Spring and from Reston to Alexandria – it is always an adventure when showing and evaluating the local real estate market. Before moving here, I was involved in plenty of house purchases and sales myself as our family moved around the U.S. Through the years I’ve built a home, rented an property, renovated a historic property, sold land, become a rental landlord, settled out a family member’s estate, and done some downsizing of my own.
