As an agent licensed in two states (NY and NJ) it provides me confidence that I’m correctly explaining to my clients vital (and often complex) federal/state laws while following our industry’s Code of Ethics every step of the way. Quigler creates an official record, reminding them of each of the respective compliance points we discuss and then makes it easy for clients to acknowledge the discussion. It guides and glides clients through the transaction from A-Z, and it an provides an easy way for them to touch me with questions, clarifications or concerns, even some that I may never have known were on their minds. And like a finale of fireworks, it ends the transaction with a burst of unexpected delight by automatically generating a Compliance Confirmation Report of every required action I did, each time-stamped and dated. It only underscores their trust in me is well deserved and It gives me and my clients the comfort of knowing that if a complaint (or even litigation arises), we can demonstrate that we did what was required and when we did it. What a great way to finish the transaction! This is the app that helps my clients see daily my professionalism. It’s the app that generates the referrals that I and others like lawyers, doctors, and bankers depend on. It’s truly a WOW application.
