Janice Parker O’Hara started her career her as an agent in 2013 and was promoted to a Managing Broker in 2017. Since joining CTI Real Estate, Janice has received numerous customer service awards and was named a Women’s Council of Realtors member of the year in 2016.
Prior to joining CTI, Janice retired after 30 years in sworn law enforcement, from the City of Alexandria Office of Sheriff, at the rank of Lieutenant. During that time, she received numerous letters of commendation and awards including a Lifesaving Award and a Jaycees Community Service Award. Janice served on the leadership board of Real Life Community Church in Stafford, VA. and is currently Treasurer and lead for the Women’s Ministry at Mount Olive Baptist in Dillwyn, VA. She is an ambassador for the Charlottesville Chamber of Commerce, a member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women of the Charlottesville Metropolitan Area, sits on the Professional Development Committee for the Charlottesville Association of Realtors, and is a member of the Women’s Council Blue Ridge Chapter.
She lives with John, her husband of 22 years and 3 Labs – Mr. Peabody, Sherman and Leo. She is the mother of 2 children, and Nana of five grandchildren.
