Michael McSorley is a seasoned Realtor, Negotiation Specialist, and Senior Sales Professional based out of Houston, Texas. As the owner of McSorley Property Group, which is licensed through Keller Williams, he believes real estate isn’t just about helping clients buy or sell homes, it’s about seeing someone’s dreams come true, all while streamlining the entire process for them so their experience can be as hassle-free and pleasant as possible. Michael is a big believer in “community” and spends a lot of time serving in his own community and the communities of his clients. A gifted communicator, Michael believes in keeping his clients in the loop on everything from start to finish in order to understand their needs fully and then fulfill those needs to the best of his ability. Known as an action-taker, he is always willing to go to bat on behalf of the people whom he serves, using the breadth of his knowledge and strategies to ensure that he gets the best end of any deal. Being a Veteran himself, Michael felt compelled to get his V.L.B. (Veteran Land Board) certification so he would be able to serve his fellow veterans to the best of his abilities. Not only is Michael a member of the Houston Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, he is one of only 523 Realtors, in the entire state of Texas, with a M.C.N.E. (Master Certified Negotiation Expert) certification from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute, he is also the instructor for the Certified Negotiation Expert course and teaches OTHER Realtors how to negotiate. You need to ask yourself: “Who would you want to negotiate one of the most important transactions of your life, the STUDENT or the INSTRUCTOR who taught them how to negotiate?” Just prior to starting his real estate career, Michael served as a Senior Negotiation Consultant where he assisted numerous Fortune 100 companies in effectively negotiating their multi-million dollar deals and running workshops to teach their Senior Level executives the art of negotiation. When he isn’t immersed in the real estate industry, Michael enjoys cooking, playing golf and, most importantly, he loves spending quality time with his family and friends (who are just like family). Michael and his wife Jennifer also teach a marriage class at their local church. Michael is happily married to his lovely wife Jennifer and he is the proud father of two children, Connor and Kaleigh. From list to close and beyond, Michael always aims to go the extra mile for his valued clients.
