My name is Taylor Pelzel, and I’m a full-time Realtor with Wilcox Real Estate Group. I cover the Charlotte Metro Area, including South Carolina. I’m a firm believer that in business, what goes around comes around. It’s miserable that there are plenty of sleazy Realtors that ruin it for the good ones. Real Estate transactions are all about YOU as a client. I’m here to represent your best interests, advise you in different situations, inform and educate you on the home buying or selling process, and then let you make the decision. I will never get in the way of a transaction. Everyone is different and wants different things. My job is to make sure you get what you want! Meeting new people and developing lasting relationships with clients is the best part of being in real estate. I do a lot of networking with other local businesses to ensure I have a strong network and a list of reliable connections. Most consumers don’t consider this or ask about when interviewing Realtors.
