Greetings to you! Welcome and let me introduce a little bit about myself! I’m a Licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Utah. Real Estate residential sales, Interior Home Design/Staging, Curb Appeal and giving Outstanding Service to consumers and clients are deep passions of mine! I’ve served many clients in numerous Utah state counties. I have experience in serving out of state Sellers and getting their properties sold here in Utah. I am an Accredited Buyers Representative as well bringing more value to my Buyer clients! I have also obtained my At Home With Diversity designation that I am so proud of, it enables me to work successfully within a rapidly changing multicultural market for both Buyers and Sellers! My most recent designation I’ve obtained is the Pricing Strategy Advisor, helping my clients make informed decisions on pricing to list or make an offer in accordance with current market conditions. I pride myself on how I conduct my business with the highest degree of professionalism with others in and out of the Real Estate field. I have found success in helping every client get what they desire! I truly care to understand, listen and make sure my clients have their needs met every step of the way. I don’t hand my clients off to office staff where they never hear from me again, I am always involved in every aspect of the transaction process (Offers, Negotiations, Inspections, Closings, other meetings, etc.) and always answer any questions they have, no matter how big or small. It’s important to have someone you can trust and count on every step of the way throughout your transaction, representing your needs, still be available for anything else after the transaction closes and beyond! I’ve been in the customer service field since 1999 and pride myself on the numerous customers I have come to help within that time! I truly strive to gain and keep consumers trust in this industry and let them know that they have a true professional in their corner that they can count on! During my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and children! I absolutely love the outdoors, yard work and any local 5K race I can attend! I have thoroughly enjoyed having the opportunity of being on my children’s Charter School Parent Board as the Volunteer Coordinator and cherished the relationships made on that board! I love volunteering at my children’s school for anything else needed from the administration or teachers that I can contribute to. I believe in giving back in any way I possibly can to my organization, schools and society to make Utah a place where any and all want to be!
