Timothy Proschold

Tim Proschold is a licensed CA Real Estate Broker and CA Civil Engineer. Prior to becoming a Real Estate Broker, Tim worked in both the private and public sector performing structural design and construction management. He has used his engineering expertise and real estate sales experience since 2005 to act as a principal investor and development manager for a local development company called TD Thornton Group based in Sunnyvale, CA. Recent development projects include: 1) a four-unit subdivision in Santa Clara that was subdivided and sold to a builder; 2) a 16-unit townhome subdivision in Sunnyvale that was built out to completion and sold to individuals buyers, and was named The Villas at Cortez (http://www.villasatcortez.com). Tim Proschold’s experience selling real estate, developing real estate, and also as a civil engineer gives him a unique perspective when looking at properties. He can often catch potential issues that other Realtor’s may not see, and also point out opportunities that other Realtor’s might miss. Tim obtained his MBA from Santa Clara University with a concentration in Finance, so he can help clients make the best decisions possible for buying and selling real estate. Education B.S.
